Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Public Debt intends to award a contract on a sole-source basis to Computer Associates International, Inc., 12120 Sunset Hills Road, Reston, VA 22090, for license upgrades and maintenance for a systems life of eight years, for the following currently-licensed Data Repository Software Tools: Repository for MVS, Repository Scan COBOL, Repository Endeavor Interface, Repository Scan JCL, Language Interfaces (SQL, QMF), and DB2 Tool Interface. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than March 30, 2000. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show compliance with the requirements in the statement of work.
