Potential Sources Sought Synopsis for certified HUBZone firms interested in submitting a proposal for possible A-76 Competitive Sourcing Project for Hazardous Material Pharmacy (HAZMART) and 90 Day Accumulation Point (CAP). Resultant contract will be written under the guidance of commercial item contracts and will result in a firm fixed price contract. Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 4953 and $6.0M. This contract will include complete operation of the hazardous material pharmacy program (HAZMART) and 90-day Central Accumulation Point (CAP). The service provider shall handle and manage a wide variety of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes and chemicals. Waste will be in liquid, semi-solid, or solid form and may include material that has become deteriorated or unsuitable for use. Work Excluded: municipal type trash and refuse, radioactive waste, infectious waste, food waste, and ordnance (propellants, explosives, and pyrotechnics).
