A solicitation will be issued. Request For Quotations (RFQ 623-13-00) is assigned and shall be referenced on any Quotations. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 8331 and the small business size standard is $5 million. The VA Medical Center, located at 1011 Honor Heights, Oklahoma 74401has a requirement for vocational rehabilitative services, specifically; employment services. Contractor shall provide employment services to authorized beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Services shall include but not be limited to: monthly face-to-face case management visits, setting up interviews, assistance in obtaining employment, Resume' services, interview assistance, etc. The government anticipates award of multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements for these services.
