Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has a requirement for
a contractor to Mail, Receive, and Process the 2000 Employer
Information Report EEO-1 Survey. The period of performance is 12 months
from the effective date of contract with four (4) year options to
process the 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2004 surveys. The total contract
period shall not exceed sixty (60) months. Offerors must be experienced
in processing comparable surveys involving large quantities of survey
forms, experience in editing, coding, data entry, and capability to
develop Electronic Reporting including web site development. The
contract is subject to the Service Contract Act and the Place of
Performance is unknown. The Contracting Officer will request a Wage
Determination for a particular locality upon the prospective offeror
written request. The written request for the Wage Determination must be
received on or before March 16, 2000. Due date for proposals is May 10,
2000 or thirty (30) days after issuance of RFP. All responsible sources
may submit a proposal which shall be considered by EEOC. Written
request for copies of the solicitation should be received by EEOC from
date of publication of this synopsis in the Commerce Business Daily.
RFP availability is limited and will be furnished on first received,
first served basis until the supply is exhausted. Telephone request
