S -- [SPECIAL NOTICE] Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Dalhousie University-Dept. of Oceanography for the Pacific Marine Environmental Lab (PMEL). Purpose of contract is to participate in field experiments in 6/00 and produce by 9/200 a processed time series of data collected. Work will also include producing a report indicating the collection, processing, and analysis/interpretation of data from fluorescence and chlorophyll meters at moorings 2, 3, and 4. The PMEL received a grant award for this study, Dalhousie University is the approved subcontractor under this project.
