Warren 919-286-6920 The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, facilities, equipment, material, etc. to the Department of Veterans Affairs annual meeting of Veterans Affairs Cooperative Study #442 to be held April 1 -- 4, 2000 in strict accordance with all terms, conditions and specifications of this solicitation. Location of the hotel shall be within the Chicago business district and have easy access by public transportation. Meeting space provided by the contractor shall be capable of accommodating up to 250 participance in one class-room style meeting space. Other function space to be provided shall accommodate up to 25 participances. This contract shall provide sleeping accommodations, meeting rooms, scheduled meals and breaks, and audio-visual equipment as specified in the contract. Approximately 250 participances will be attending this meeting and will require an estimated 402 "Room Nights" at the hotel.
