This procurement is unrestricted. Distribution D applies to this requirement. Distribution authorized to the Department of Defense (DOD) and DOD contractors only. A MILITARILY CRITICAL TECHNICAL DATA, DD Form 2345 is required. The form and all applicable instructions can be obtained at web site: www.dlsc.dla.mil. Contractors must have form filled out, submitted to DLSC, and be certified by that organization. A solicitation package cannot be forwarded to a contractor who has not been certified.
