DESC: Twelve individual oil coolers for generator thrust bearings are required. Oil coolers are for English Electric generator units. Each oil cooler will be single pass type with 14 rows of coiled smooth tube, coil consists of 42 complete turns, approximate total length per coil is 225 feet. Seamless copper-nickel tubes are 1-1/8 inch o.d. Coolers are designed for 75 psi operating water pressure and pressure tested to 112 psi. Oil coolers are to be fabricated and delivered to McNary Dam, Umatilla, Oregon. ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION: PROCUREMENT UNRESTRICTED. For reporting purposes the size standard for small business concerns under Standard Industrial Classification Code 3443 is the average employment on a full-time, part-time, temporary, or other basis during each of the pay periods of the preceding 12 months, shall not exceed 500 employees.
