Thorne Bay Ranger District, Tongass National Forest, Thorne Bay, Alaska, approximately 65,000 board feet of Alaska yellow cedar lumber. Lumber shall be milled to meet West Coast Lumber Inspection Bureau (WCLIB) Standard No. 17 Grading Rules for West Coast Lumber Revised 2000 and shall be stamped prior to delivery. Dimensions of delivered lumber shall be 2 x 4, 2 x 6, 2 x 12, 3 x 6, 3 x 8, 3 x 10, 3 x 12, 4 x 4, 4 x 8, and 8 x 8 of various lengths as specified in the written solicitation. All 2 in. and 3 in. thickness lumber shall be No. 2 Structural, Joists and Planks, all 4 in. and greater thickness lumber shall be No. 1 Structural, Beams and Stringers. All lumber shall be manufactured to within 1/8 in. of the specified dimension. Delivery shall be by 6/1/00.
