The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, has a requirement for the production of seven different types of Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) heads, in varying quantities and part numbers, for a period of one year with 4 option years. The quantities for the first year are as follows: CLIN 0001 -- VCO Part Number 292-01-05-225-04, 15 each per year; CLIN 0002 -- VCO Part Number 292-01-05-225-02, 25 each per year; CLIN 0003 -- VCO Part Number 292-01-05-225-06, 15 each per year; CLIN 0004 -- VCO Part Number 292-01-05-225-07, 10 each per year; CLIN 0005 -- VCO Part Number 292-01-05-225-03, 10 each per year; CLIN 0006 -- VCO Part Number 292-01-05-225-01, 25 each per year; CLIN 0007 -- VCO Part Number 292-01-05-225-05, 20 each per year. The quantities will be the same for each of the four year options. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source which is Signal Technology Corporation, California Operation, 975 Benecia Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94086 under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Provisions of military specification MIL-Q-9858 apply. Deliveries are F.O.B. Origin, with required delivery of 10 each per month beginning 5 months from effective date of award.
