UNICOR, FPI intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract for Ticking which must meet or exceed requirements of DOC-FF-472 Flammability Standards for the following Line Items: Line Item 0001 -- Ticking, Polyester, Tan/Blue-Strips, 84" W (+3"/-1"), and Line Item 0002 -- Cloth, Ticking, Polyester, Maroon/Grey, 84"W (+3"/-1"). Packing for both Line Items 0001/0002 shall be in accordance with federal specification PPP-P-1134D(1) dated 10-28-83. The period of performance is for one (1) base year with two (2) option years if exercised. The Delivery Order Minimum is: 2,000 Yards, and the Delivery Order Maximum is: Line Item 0001 -- 10,000 Yards. The Guaranteed Minimum Amount is: 2,000 Yards. Delivery is FOB Destination USP Atlanta, GA. Delivery Acceptance is 30 Days After Receipt of Delivery Order. This requirement is domestic only, and is all or none.
