Sources sought by The Michigan Army and Air National Guard seek information for market research only concerning sources of supply for raw subsistence delivered to approximately 55 National Guard Locations throughout Michigan's Upper & Lower Peninsula. Deliveries of bakery, dairy, meat and produce items as well as packaged foods are required at each location once or twice per month from a predetermined 14-day menu. Potential Contractor must already possess the capability of providing an "on-line" ordering system and accept Visa as the method of payment. This contractor-owned software/hardware must be Y2K complaint, run on a Windows NT 4.0 Platform with Service Pack 3. Unit computers range from Pentium 166 to Pentium 266 processor speed with 32 Meg of RAM, Internet Explorer version 3.02 is used for web browser. Software must not require users to have administrator privileges to be able to run the software once it is installed. The Contractor shall be responsible for installation and maintenance of the contractor-owned software and/or hardware and provide necessary training of unit/base personnel in its use.
