The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to award a sole source contract with Audre Inc, 220 W. 2nd Ave., Escondido, CA. 92025 to convert, using Automatic Choice 4.0 to provide a legacy communication system documentation into standardized application data format (automated document conversion system (ADCS)) consistent with the 17 July 1997 Secretary of Defense directive to establish a program methodology for weapon system life-cycle information integration and electronic data interchange. Included with the documentation will be one (1) copy of the conversion software used to establish the program methodology. Deliverables under this contract will include: 1. Converted Legacy PCB drawings in appropriate CAD format. (Mentor) 2. Converted Legacy Documentation in a CGM 4 format. (ISODraw) 3. One copy of Audre's Automatic Choice 4.0. 4. One Copy of ITEDO's ISODraw 4. Audre was selected as the sole source provider through a multiyear test analysis and competitive evaluation conducted by the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Logistics).
