The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire through full and open competition non-personal Engineering Technical Services for the Naval Air Technical and Data Engineering Service Command by qualified personnel. The proposed procurement consists of one (1) task: 31897. This task is for Contractor Field Services (CFS) in support of the C-20D aircraft including: program airframes, airframe systems, airframe-engine interface and associated support equipment. The basic contract period is 1 November 2000 through 30 September 2001. The task will also contain two (2) twelve month option periods and one (1) one month option period. The period of performance, inclusive of options, will total 36 man months. This contract covers the Government's minimum needs. The solicitation will contain specifications for an Engineering Technical Services Representative as appropriate. The place of performance for Task 31897 is NAF Washington, D.C. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification Number is 8711.
