The broad objective of the audit is to determine whether Market Administrators are managing Milk Marketing Orders in accordance with applicable regulations and instructions and by means of examination, analysis and review of operations. We are looking nationwide for a CPA firm to perform this effort for the Minneapolis, Minnesota Milk Market Program. This procurement will be awarded as a fixed price contract, FOB destination. All effort shall be completed and all reports delivered by December 30, 2000.
