This is a requirement for establishment of a repair BOA (Basic Ordering Agreement) for the E2C Propeller Blades. Only Hamilton Sunstrand will be solicited as the repair of these Blades requires unique fiberglass propeller repair capabilities over and above what are considered standard industry practices. Hamilton Sundstrand (73030) has developed these capabilities as result of attempts to extend the life of propeller blades that have been deemed unrepairable by the Government repair facility. The data required to accomplish these repairs is not in the Government's possession.The BOA is to cover a 3 year ordering period. The estimated quantity of 80ea isfor year one only and the projected quantities for years 2 and 3 are 80 each, respectively.
