202-307-9365 Court security services for the protection of Federal
Judiciary facilities in the Seventh (WI, IL, and IN) and Ninth Judicial
Circuits (WA, MT, OR, ID, CA, NV, AZ, AK, HA, and GU). The contractor
shall provide at a minimum, qualified court security officers (CSOs)
that have successfully completed federal, state, county, municipal or
military law enforcement academy training and that have a minimum of
three calendar years experience as a certified law enforcement officer
with arrest authority, background investigation and physical fitness
requirements. Resulting contract will be an indefinite quantity
contract with one base period of twelve months and four option years.
All options will be evaluated for award purposes. To be considered for
award, the contractor is required to submit an offer on all facilities
within this circuit. Only written requests for the solicitation will be
honored. A cost of $100.00 will be charged for each request for
solicitation. The offeror shall provide a check in the amount$100.00
made out to the United States Marshals Service (USMS) with each request
for a copy of the solicitation. If the offeror submits a proposal that
is accepted by the USMS for evaluation the check will be returned. The
written request shall also provide the contractor's business size
classification. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which
shall be considered by the agency. Services are expected to commence on
or about October 1, 2000. The anticipated issue date for the
