NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER The Defense Supply Service-Washington (DSS-W) intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Williamson Research & Solutions for the preparation of a document detailing negotiations for a Post 1999 United States (US) Presence in Panama. This is a carefully documented and factual presentation of the US -- Panama negotiations that explain the responsible and reasonable steps taken by the US. The Period of Performance is anticipated to be about six months from date of award. The effort is estimated as 0.5 man-year. This Notice of Intent is not a Request for Quotes. See Note 22.
