The types of support needed will be as follows: Guerrila Chiefs, Observers, and Communications Specialists. Individuals shall be former U.S. Special Operations forces soldiers who have been trained in the specific skills necessary for the performance of this contract. It is the responsibility of the contractor/indivdual to insure that they are current on all technical and doctrinal areas. This will be a Requirements type contract shall consist of a base year with four (4) one (1) year options. This is done under Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 8999 Services, N.E.C. with a Small Business size classification of Not To Exceed (NTE) $5 million annual in sales. This procurement is unrestricted, all interested parties may sumit a proposal. The estimated date for release of proposals is Late March 2000; however, the solicitation will provide the submission requirements to include the exact date and time. All contractors must register for the site and EACH solicitation to ensure that notification of changes are provided.
