Requirement is for a U.S. or foreign flag self-sustaining vessel(s).
U.S flag vessels will have preference. Vessel must be capable of
transporting approximately 42,784 sq ft (+/- 10% CHOP) of primarily
rolling stock and 32 twenty foot containers. Cargo to be loaded in
Bergnset, Norway (41,133 sq ft) and Bodo, Norway (1,651 sq ft) with
discharge of all cargo in Bremerhaven, Germany. Terms are free in/free
out. Contractor to provide all lashing gear. Minimum speed of vessel
to be 16 knots. Accommodations required for 6 supercargo. Vessel to
have a minimum 20 ft short ton crane capacity or forklift capable of
