PROJECT TITLE: SUPER IDIQ ROADWAY AND AIRFIELD PAVING, NORTHERN CALIFORNIA, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AND SOUTHERN NEVADA. JOB DESCRIPTION: This Project is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract, for Super Airfield and Roadway Paving for the States of California and Nevada, of the SPD Region. This Project will include, but not be limited to, Airfield and Roadway Repair and Paving. SIC CODE: This Procurement will be conducted under SIC CODE 1611. The size standard for this SIC CODE is $17,000,000.00. REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: The acquisition method is negotiated procurement. Offerors shall submit a Technical Proposal, with a separate Price Proposal. The Government will award one contract resulting from this Solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation, will be the "Best Value" to the Government, using a "TRADE-OFF process, price and technical factors considered. The Contracting officer may award based on initial offers received, without discussions of suchoffers. The award may be made to the superior offer, which may not be the lowest offered price, but which is sufficiently more technically advantageous than the lowest priced offer, so as to justify payment of a higher price. The performance period for this IDIQ Contract will be one 12-Month Base Period, plus four 12-Month Option Periods. This project will provide for repair and replacement of paved surfaces (roadways, parking areas, airfield paving (AC and concrete) to include site work drainage, traffic signs, landscaping, electrical work, airfield and roadway marking and painting, and associated effort.
