Estimated cost is from $1,000,000.00 to $1,500,000.00. This procurement is open to both large and small business concerns. The summary of work shall comprise the Design/Modernization of five (5) existing elevators (four (4) passenger traction elevators, and one (1) passenger/service traction elevator). An option for the design/build for the modernization of four (4) existing passenger traction elevators is to be priced. Concurrent maintenance services for the nine (9) elevators during the design/build period are included. Two additional one-year maintenance options are to be priced. Large business concerns shall be required to provide maximum practicable opportunities for small business concerns, business concerns owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned small business concerns.
