The existing Transient Maintenance Facility adjacent to the new facility will be demolished as part of this project. The project will also include paving of a parking lot and installation of landscaping. This will be a firm-fixed price construction contract. The performance period for this contract is expected to be 180 calendar days. The estimated contract magnitude for this acquisition is between $250,000 and $500,000.
