All welding is considered fracture critical and must conform to AWS D1.5, Bridge Welding Code. There are 5 stoplogs at Ice Harbor Dam and at 5 at Little Goose Dam. Stoplogs are located on the spillway bridge. Touch up painting will be with Corps of Engineers formulation vinyl paint. Stoplogs at Ice Harbor Dam are coated with lead based vinyl paint.
