Both parts have heat-dispersing holes. The assembly is about 10 inches long by 1 inches wide and 1 inches high and is used on the M249 Machine Gun. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be a 3 year indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract, with a guaranteed minimum quantity of 1,788 each. The proposed solicitation is issued Full and Open. FOB is Destination. Estimated issue date is 15 Mar 00. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hardcopies will not be provided.
