The Library of Congress intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Canon USA for the following equipment: 17 Combo Squared Universal Carrier S-T which will handle 16/35mm open reel film, ektamate cartridges, fiche and aperture cards: 12 Gideon 900 Manual Library Reader, for libraries, archives, and media resource centers, with 3-speed push button control for 16/35mm roll film; and the DMP-400 Digital Reader Printer Laser Printer FP-400, included FP400 toner cartridge. The Library of Congress intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
