This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) _ 00-T-0028. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97.5. This is a small business set-aside. The standard industrial classification code is 3262 with a small business size standard of $5M. The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to procure, on a competitive basis, a non-personal service to include all parts, labor, tools, equipment, facilities, transportation and supervision necessary to provide Tea cup, translucent china, edged with 24k (Morse code AF) gold. Gold AF crest etched on side under glaze. Color: blue. Quotations must include name, address, telephone number,business size/type, cage code, tax ID number and Dunns number, as well as type of small business (i.e., woman or minority owned, etc.).
