The period of performance shall be a One (1) Base Year with Two (2) year Options if exercised for Line Item 0001: Liner, FAB1151, Urethane Foam, Virgin Urethane with no fillers., 100,000 Yards, and Line Item 0002: FAB1154, Liner Urethane Foam, Virgin Urethane with no filler, 100,000 Yards. Delivery is FOB Destination to U.S. Penitentiary Atlanta, GA. Each delivery order acceptance is 30 days ARO for each delivery order. Minimum delivery order requirement is 2,000 yards for both Line Items. Maximum order delivery requirements is 50,000 yards for each Line Item. Must be suitable for quilting to mattress panels and must meet or exceed minimum requirements of DOC-FF-472 Flammability standards. This requirement is domestic only and is ALL OR NONE.
