The period of performance shall be a One (1) Base Year with Two (2) year Options if exercised for Line Item 0001: Cloth, FAB0488, Quilt Backing Non-Woven Fabric, Spun Bonded Polyester or Polypropylene, 90" width with weight of .50 OZ (+.50/-0) per square yard per para 3.3.7.2 of Fed. Spec. V-M-96K Dated 2-15-90 with amend (1) Dated 5-24-90. Flammability Standard DOC-FF-4-72 referenced in para 4.6 of V-M-96K shall apply. Packaging & Packing: Shall be put-up in 1500 Linear yard rolls with a paper tube core of 2" I.D. Fabric shall be packaged to afford adequate protection against deterioration and physical damage during shipment from the supply source to Unicor-Atlanta. Delivery is FOB Destination to U.S. Penitentiary Atlanta, GA. Each delivery order acceptance is 30 days ARO for each delivery order. Minimum delivery order requirement is 2,000 yards for line item 0001. Maximum order delivery requirement is 50,000 yards for lineitem 0001. This requirement is domestic only and is ALL OR NONE.
