sources with extensive knowledge of the M1 Series Tanks and all product
improvements to the Abrams vehicles who can conduct a research,
development and tank integration effort in support of the Future Tank
Main Armament Program. The contractor will manage and conduct a
two-year work effort in specific gun and ammunition technologies for
integration into the Abrams Tanks and for possible inclusion in the
current tank fleets of France, Germany and the United Kingdom. The
contractor must possess complete technical knowledge of the design,
integration and manufacturing of the M1A2 and M1A2 SEP variants of the

that they have access to all tank M1A1/M1A2 technical data, including
both hardware and software. The contractor will be required to work

however, all work packages must be completed by the combined efforts of
the three contractor teams. Any responsible/interested sources shall
submit their qualifications and capabilities, including specialized
experience in gun and ammunition technology efforts on the Abrams Tank,
within fifteen (15) days of this notice via electronic submission,
