D. Donahue & Assoc. using commercial acquisition procedures for software maintenance support for the MADCAP 6.0 and MADS installed programs, to include an interface with ACCUZIP software for the Austin Financial Center, Financial Managment Service. The software covered by the maintenance agreement is covered by copyright laws of the United States and is the proprietary property of JDDA. It is anticpated that a 1-year contract with two 1-year options will be awarded. Responses from responsible sources will be considered. Responses must include sufficient documentation to allow this office to evaluate the possibility of your firm to submit a valid proposal. The determination to open competition based on the responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published.
