The intended contractor is BELLSOUTH TELECOMMUNICATIONS INC. BELLSOUTH TELECOMMUNICATIONS INC shall provide the following services: local access, switching, transport, and related functions at Seymour-Johnson AFB NC. The local exchange service shall include trunking, business lines and private line service. The period of performance shall be five years from the date of contract award. The primary place of performance will be Seymour-Johnson AFB NC. This sole source acquisition is justified under 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1).
