The Contractor shall provide Academic and Vocational Training, operate a Counseling and Residential Living Program and operate the following support services: Health Services, Processing of Student Records, Discipline System, Clothing Issues, Mail Services, Legal Services and Outreach, Admissions and Placement Services.
