Those firms interested in the planned sole source award limited to Indian Tribal Concerns/Alaskan Native Corporations must follow the instructions as set forth in a separate CBD announcement. The purpose of this solicitation notice amendment is to notify potential offerors that RFP No. PR-HQ-00-10150, Information Management Center Services -- Competitive 8(a), may not be available via the Internet as originally planned due to the Agency's current inability to post such documents electronically on its web site. Instead, beginning on March 2, 2000, an electronic copy in WordPerfect format will be e-mailed to all firms who previously requested their name be added to the Bidders' List for this procurement, provided that such firms included their e-mail address in their request. Any other firm wanting a copy of the RFP via e-mail is instructed to submit an e-mail request to Paul Dawson at dawson.paul@epamail.epa.gov. Requests shall reference the solicitation number and shall include the offeror's complete address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address and point of contact. Should the Agency regain its ability to post information electronically via the Internet, offerors will be so notified through another CBD notice.
