One award will be conducted under PR-HQ-00-10150 as a competitive 8(a). The other award will be made to an 8(a) Indian Tribal Concern or Alaska Native Corporation (ITC/ANC) in accordance with FAR 19.805-1(b)(2). This announcement only pertains to the ITC/ANC award. Any such firm interested in being considered for award for this contract must submit a statement of technical capability.
