This is a presolicitation notice for the re-routing of a portion of Hewes Ave, Gulfport, MS, to a corridor to the east of its existing location. The scope of this project is, but not limited to, the removal of existing concrete roads and parking lots; demolition of facilities, concrete water tank and other civil appurtenances; placement of approximately 5900 LF of base and bituminous pavement at various widths; provide drainage system with curbs and gutter for the new road; provide street lighting and traffic controls systems for the length of the new road; provide new security fencing on both sides of the new road with gates; construct new Main Gate Guard Building and provide new Main Gate Entrance;add to and reconfigure various interior roads and parking lots; re-route the Army National Guard's (1108th AVCRAD) entrance road.
