The project is located at the entrance of Port Hueneme, Ventura County, California. It is about 65 miles northwest of the Los Angeles Harbor and 1 mile southeast of Channel Islands Harbor. Both the East and West Jetties have been damaged by past storm events. The East Jetty was damaged more severely than the West Jetty. Approximately 1/3 of the structure on the seaward side requires repair as well as the head section. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1629, Heavy Construction, Except Dredging, N.E.C., $17 M average annual gross revenue for the last (3) three fiscal years.
