During performance of this work, asbestos, hazardous waste, or pollution abatement may be required. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1522. The related small business size standard is $17 million. The estimated cost of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. In accordance with FAR 52.219-18 ALT I, NOTIFICATION OF COMPETITION LIMITED TO ELIGIBLE 8(A) CONCERNS (JUNE 1999), competition for this procurement is limited to eligible 8(a) firms located in Washington State and 8(a) participants in good standing, seviced by an SBA office outside of Washington State, but having a Bona Fide branch office in Washington State (as defined by the SBA). Joint Venture Agreements are allowable and must be received by SBA prior to the offer due date and approved before award of the resulting contract.
