Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to complete the Repair of Various Roofs, Bldgs 3803, 3804 and 3802 at Seymour Johnson AFB NC. The work involved includes, but is not limited to, constructing a retrofit roofing system to include standing seam metal roofing and framing system for buildings 3802, 3803 and 3804. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications and drawings. This will be a firm fixed price construction contract with 180 days construction performance time. The proposed contract listed here is unrestricted and open to all firms, including small and small disadvantaged concerns. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The applicable Standard Industry Classification (SIC) codes for this acquisition is 1761 with a three-year average annual small business size standard of $7 million. The successful contractor will be selected using performance/price tradeoff procedures, resulting in the Best Value to the Government. Performance is significantly more important than price.
