The contractor shall sell to the government a used backhoe/loader to include, but not limited to; basic machine with two (2) wheel-drive, Cummins diesel engine, standard canopy, 24" digging bucket, 82" loader bucket, two (2) lever control, street pads with riggers, usage hours not to exceed 1,000 hours. A Ford tractor backhoe/loader and a V600 fork lift will be used as a trade in and value of such will be deducted from purchase price. A site visit for viewing of trade ins will be scheduled and date and time will be in the RFQ packet. The backhoe/loader shall be delivered FOB destination to the National Center for Toxicological Research, Jefferson, Arkansas complete and ready to use. The contractor shall be responsible for maintenance and all repairs of equipment for 12 months from date of purchase. The projected issue date of Request for Bid packet is 15 March.
