Shakoor, Contracting Officer, 202-208-5106 The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) intends to negotiate with and make award on a sole source basis to TIYM Publishing Company, Inc. for the following service: Publish five-page DOI recruitment advertisement in the March issue of Hispanic Yearbook 2000. In addition, the contractor will provide 5000 copies of the yearbook. The five pages will be in separate sections and will be tabbed near the front of the yearbook. Recruitment advertisements will be for the following bureaus/offices: Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Geological Survey, National Park Service and Office of the Secretary. The Hispanic Yearbook 2000 is published by TIYM Publishing Company, Inc., therefore, the TIYM Publishing Company, Inc. is the only responsible source (in accordance with FAR 6.302-1) to provide the required service.
