Architect Engineer Services, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract for Type A (Investigative) Type B (Design) Type C (Construction Supervision, Inspection)of various maintenance/repair/minor construction projects at the Kentucky Air National Guard Base, 1101 Grade Lane, Louisville, Kentucky. Services will be required for but not limited to the preparation of plans, specifications and cost estimates for various mechanical, electrical, paving, structural, rehab of buildings and new construction. Total amount of work will not exceed $2,000,000 per year (12 month) contract period. Individual delivery orders shall not exceed $400,000. Delivery Orders may be issued for one calendar year after contract award and the contract may, at the Government's option be extended as many as four additional calendar years. The Government intends to award one firm fixed price contract to one A-E firm for the services required. A minimum of $5,000 in fees over the life of the contract will be guaranteed should nowork be ordered under this contract. Prospective A-E firms will be evaluated by the following selection criteria listed in the order of precedence as follows: Professional Qualification (Architect, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Environmental Engineer) Specialized Experience & Technical Competence with (airport related projects, Air National Guard Facilities, Space Planning i.e. floor plans, Energy Management, Fire Alarm & Security Systems), Capacity to Accomplish Work in the Required Time, Past Performance, Location, and Volume of DOD Work. Standard Form 254, Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionaire, and Standard Form 255, Architect-Engineer Related Services for Specific Project,will be required from firms requesting consideration for selection. This acquisition is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 8712. The size standard is $2.5 million. Interested firms with more than one office will indicate in whcih office work will be performed. Firms should ensure that the volume of fees for DOD work performed in the last 12 months is accurately reflected.
