The Nashville District intends to sole source with Ben Franklin Technologies to conduct electrical testing at Cheatum Lock to determine the voltage drop within the existing electrical distribution system and issue a report of contractor's findings and recommendations. The Cheatum Power Plant substation has a 750 KVA transformer, which feeds 2400 volts to the Cheatum Lock substation that has a 750 KVA transformer and step down to distribution to 480 volts .Any interested parties which can provied the required servics may request a solicitation package by March, 6 2000.
