This announcement constitutes the only solititation, no solicitation will be issued. The Securities and Exchange Commission intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Sterling Software, Inc., CSG of 5215 N. O'Conner Blvd, Irving, TX 75029-3771 for maintenance of the following Proprietary software: Direct OS/390 Base; Direct (SNA) NonStop Kernel/NASD.3 K10000 and Direct (SNA) NonStop Kernel CRD.1 CyClone. Sec will give consideration to any vendors able to provide full maintenance on the above equipment, and must be able to provide: 1-Continuation of license to use the current software; 2-Technical services for the software, 3-Maintenance upgrades and 4-Corrections to the software. All affirmative responses must be faxed to Ms. Johnson on 703/942/9226 before 2:00 p.m. on March 7, 2000. If no affirmation written response is received by March 7, at 2:00 p.m., stating maintenance service with above requirements, is available and that it is more advantageous to the Government than obtaining this service through a sole source purchase order with Sterling Software, Inc., CSG; a sole source purchase order award will be made.
