A requirements type contract is contemplated, to include a basic year and four annual options. Delivery 30 days after receipt of order or reparable whichever is later. Electronic End Item Transaction Reporting will be required. Contractor will provide all labor, parts, materials, tools and test equipment necessary to accomplish repairs in accordance with work specification.
