The U.S Army's Industrial Operations Command (IOC) is seeking firms interested in the facility operation, maintenance and management of the Radford Army Ammunition Plant(RFAAP). The IOC is seeking innovative and cost effective approaches in facility/site management for the RFAAP. It is anticipated that offerors will be required to manage ongoing subcontracts for Department of Defense propellant manufacturing and Commercial subcontract activity at RFAAP, in addition to being responsible for all maintenance efforts associated with the Industrial Preparedness requirements at RFAAP.
