The New Mexico VA Health Care System, Albuquerque, New Mexico has a requirement for pharmacy services for veteran beneficiaries of the Farmington Community Based Outpatient Clinic, Farmington, New Mexico. The services will include, but not be limited to, filling and dispensing original prescriptions writen by VA providers. No refills of prescriptions shall be authorized. Prescriptions will be entered into the VA's computer package by the contractor. Prescriptions will be filled and dispensed for Rx legend drugs, listed in the Formulary of Drugs and Expendable Supplies to be provided to the contractor. Period of contract will be 05/01/00 -- 04/30/01, with four (4) one year options to renew. Prospective offerors must submit their request for solicitation in writing to the above address.
