This announcement is to correct CBD announcement printed on February 25, 2000, requesting sources for an indefinite quantity Purchase Order to be awarded under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for construction inspections, for new construction or substantial rehabilitated multifamily projects pursuant to Section 202/811 of the National Housing Act/National Affordable Housing Act for Housing for the Elderly or for Persons with Disabilities for the geographic area of the State of Indiana. The correction is twofold, to correct the ceiling amount, to read that proposed Purchase Order is for a two-year period or until the amount of $100,000 has been reached whichever occurs first. Second, to correct the amount of the average annual receipts pursuant to 13 CFR 121, Federal Register dated August 18, 1999, Volume 64, Number 159, Small Business Size Standards. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 8712 and a small business is considered to be a firm or individual whose average annual receipts over the last three years do not exceed $4.0 Million.
