The contractor shall provide all materials,labor,equipment,and supervision to satisfy the requirements of the contract. The delivery terms will be from date of June 1, 2000 through September 30, 2000 with four consecutive one-year renewal options beginning on October 1, of each of the following years. The criteria used to determine the award will be provided in the solicitation. Price proposals will be separated from the technical proposals, so the evaluators may review and evaluate the technical merits of each offer without any bias towards price. The Government has reserved the right to award based on initial proposals. All requests for copies of the forthcoming solicitation must include the solicitation number, company name, mailing address, telephone and facsimile numbers, and name of contact person. It is anticipated that the Request forProposal will be issued on March 15, 2000. Proposals areexpected to be due on April 17, 2000. No telephone requests for this solicitation will be honored. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the Agency.
