THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SURVEY: The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Florida will be soliciting proposals for a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite/Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Multiple year contract for the Multijurisdictional Counterdrug Task Force Training (MCTFT) program. One firm will be selected. Work associated with this contract shall begin on or about October 2000. This contract shall be for professional non-personal services necessary for the type of projects and studies as described and ordered by the Florida Army National Guard, St. Augustine, Florida. The contract shall encompass administrative /clerical/computer support services, instructional design and delivery services, and distributive technology training program services for law enforcement, counter drug training located in St. Petersburg, Florida and distributed throughout the United States, its territories and possessions. This contract will issue specific delivery orders that will be negotiated and issued as project requirements are identified (usually quarterly. Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 8299, the small business size is $5 Mil. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 61143. The firm may be required to perform curriculum design, data base management, computer design, web design, television broadcast, data entry, clerical support, and platform instruction. The maximum fee for any one delivery order shall not exceed $300,000.00. The cumulative amount for all delivery orders shall not exceed $3,000,000.00.
